Starting this week with a full heart and a quiet mind. 🤍

I am overflowing with gratitude this morning. I spent Friday soaking up the stillness by the Gulf, and I’m still riding that wave of peace.

Sitting there with the salty air in my hair and my toes in the sand, I wasn’t “doing” anything—just being.

As I read A Happy Pocket Full of Money, my intuitive mind started connecting the dots between the spiritual peace I was feeling and the biological reality of our bodies.

I realized that gratitude and rest are actually the most productive states we can be in. When we stop fighting the current and finally surrender, we signal to our nervous system that we are safe to receive.

I felt inspired to pour all of these thoughts into a new blog post for you called “The Science of Surrender.”
